Who You Are
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join BridgeBio as an Associate Sr. Associate, Strategic Finance. Reporting directly to the Director, Strategic Finance, this role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to strategic initiatives, financial analysis, and corporate development activities to advance the company's growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Capital markets support: Assist in fundraising activities, including equity and debt financing processes, preparation of investor materials, and coordination with financial and legal advisors
- Corporate strategy and associated analysis: Collaborate closely with senior leadership to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and scenario planning to inform strategic decision-making
- Financial Modeling: Build, maintain, and refine detailed financial models, including valuation analyses (NPV), to support corporate development and strategic planning and optimize resource allocation across the company
- M&A Pipeline Management: Support efforts to identify and track potential M&A opportunities, assist in conducting due diligence, and contribute to maintaining a robust pipeline of actionable opportunities
- Investment Analysis: Participate in evaluating strategic transactions, providing analytical support to assess financial impact and alignment with corporate goals
- Stakeholder Communication: Assist in developing clear, insightful financial presentations and reports, analysis, and presentations for senior management, the board of directors, and external stakeholders

Education, Experience & Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering; MBA/PhD/MD or other advanced degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 1 year (post-advanced degree) to 4 years (post-bachelors degree) experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, or related roles in the Pharma or biotech industry
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems proactively, approach challenges creatively, and think strategically from first principles
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques, with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Highly organized, capable of effectively managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Excellent written communication skills, producing concise and insightful memos, reports, and research documents
- Strong presentation skills, proficient in creating compelling presentation documents to effectively communicate complex concept

Salary
$120,000 - $165,000 USD
