Broadway Ventures is seeking a driven and dynamic Strategic Technical Recruiter to support our Proposal & Business Development team by recruiting key personnel. The ideal candidate excels in engaging technical talent, is adept with social media platforms, online job boards, advanced sourcing techniques, and consistently delivers exceptional candidate experiences. You must be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in meeting tight deadlines, and capable of providing accurate and timely reporting. As the face of Broadway Ventures, you will professionally represent our company, recruiting qualified talent crucial for securing new business through federal contract proposals. You will also support staffing efforts for existing and future projects, directly influencing our firm's growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with corporate leadership and the contracts proposal team to clearly define and refine position qualifications.
- Analyze Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) documentation to develop and maintain accurate, compelling job descriptions.
- Proactively source and engage technical candidates through advanced Boolean searches, social media platforms, job boards, and other recruiting channels.
- Conduct candidate screenings and in-depth interviews, evaluating qualifications and fit for technical roles.
- Secure Letters of Intent/Commitment (LOC) from qualified candidates to support proposal submissions.
- Collaborate effectively with Business Development and Capture teams to identify and select high-caliber talent.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with clients, candidates, and industry partners.
- Support new areas of opportunity that the Capture and Business Development teams can go after.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports on candidate pipelines, market conditions, and recruitment metrics.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) years of technical recruitment experience in areas such as IT, Software Engineering, Networking, Infrastructure, R&D, or Engineering.
- Proven experience recruiting cleared professionals (Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, Poly).
- Advanced proficiency in Boolean search strings and proactive candidate sourcing techniques.
- Strong negotiation skills, particularly in salary discussions and candidate close-out.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least two (2) years of experience supporting contract proposal and business development teams.
- Experience working in Government contracting environment.
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), ideally in Human Resources Management or a related field.
