Brown Haven's Anderson Design Center is growing and hiring an additional New Home Specialist to an already successful team. Our New Home Specialists (NHS) are curious, confident, and driven to succeed.  Every NHS receives ongoing training on the Charles Clarke Sales & Marketing Strategies of personality selling and has a strong desire to be the best. 

In this role, you will cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships with prospective homeowners throughout their home-buying journey.  This role requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to set essential expectations for a successful new home build with Brown Haven Homes.  

 

Outcomes:

  • KPI - Close 33% of first-day appointments.
  • KPI - Close 33% of all appointments.
  • KPI - Maintain a fall-out ratio of 40% or below.
  • KPI - Hit Starts Goals.
  • Provide a price quote to every client.
  • Follow the Charles Clarke III selling techniques.
  • Build a program to achieve full earning potential.

Competencies:

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales/service/professional business role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organized & Team oriented.
  • Passionate about the home-buying process.
  • Tech savvy and willingness to learn role-specific software tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
