Our spectrum of home-based services now includes Skilled Home Health Care, Palliative Care, Adult Hospice Care and Pediatric Care. The Vice President of Home Health Care is responsible for the executive leadership, strategic planning, and operational oversight of the Home Health division. This role ensures clinical and service excellence, drives growth across current and emerging markets, and partners across the organization to expand access to high-quality home-based care.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5:00pm

Location:

Primarily office-based in Larkspur, with frequent travel to program locations and partner sites in Sonoma and S.F. Counties
May require occasional evening or weekend availability

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Home Health division, including care delivery models, growth planning, and operational execution.
Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives that align with organizational strategy and respond to community needs.
Lead the performance of Home Health operations to meet or exceed quality, compliance, financial, and patient satisfaction metrics.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and compliant delivery of services across all service areas.
Drive the expansion of Home Health services geographically and through new partnerships, programs, or service lines.

Education/Experience:

Master’s degree in Health Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of five years of executive-level experience in Home Health or a comparable healthcare setting.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Valid clinical license (RN, LVN, LCSW, PT, OT) is strongly preferred.

Pay Range:

$240K - $290K annually **does not include variable compensation
