
Lead Hospice Aide Scheduler - Remote

We are seeking a Lead Hospice Aide Scheduler to work remotely, who will be responsible for assignment of RNs, LVNs and Hospice Aide services in compliance with organization policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
Schedule:
6:30am - 3:00pm
2 days a week, 1 weekend day required

Remote
By the Bay Health follows all CDPH vaccine requirements for healthcare personnel.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Review HA Scheduler emails and communicate any service and/or scheduling issues to HA Manager
- Assist in training new staff
- Serve as a point of contact to other Schedulers for daily assignments and schedules including breaks and rest periods
- Ensure that Schedulers are providing high quality customer service
- Update scheduling process when needed
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience performing clerical/administrative tasks in a healthcare setting preferred
Pay Range:
$24.00 - $26.30 hourly
