How will you help us fulfill our mission?
- Source and Identify Talent: Proactively source and identify tech talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and tech MeetUps.
- Manage End-to-End Recruitment Process: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from initial outreach and interviews to offer negotiations and onboarding.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, define job requirements, develop effective hiring strategies and serve as an advisor on market trends and recruitment best practices.
- Improve Recruitment Processes: Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process by introducing new tools, techniques, and strategies tailored to the tech industry to attract and retain top talent.
- Promote Employer Branding: Actively engage in employer branding initiatives, such as representing the company at tech events, webinars, and university talks to attract talent..
- Utilize Data and Analytics: Leverage recruitment data and analytics to track key metrics, report on progress, and make data-driven decisions.
- Lead Talent Acquisition Projects: Manage and lead specific projects related to talent acquisition, such as diversity hiring initiatives or campus recruitment programs.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in Technical Recruiting: Proven experience in recruiting for tech roles preferably in a fast-paced environment or tech company.
- Understanding of the Tech Landscape: Strong knowledge of the tech industry, including programming languages, frameworks, and emerging technologies, to effectively evaluate and engage with candidates.
- Knowledge of Recruitment Tools and ATS: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to optimize the hiring process and report on progress.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience: A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field is often preferred but not always required
- Fluent in English and Spanish
