About your mission
As a People Business Partner (PBP) trainee, your mission is to support the PBP Team in ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of core HR processes, employee support and the organizational performance and effective employee engagement,and strategic decision-making support.
How would you help us to fulfill our mission?

Collaborate with the PBP owner to address the needs of different business areas

Prepare reports and insights on workforce data to identify trends, address challenges, and support decisions

Support in the implementation of development, operations, and employee cycle initiatives in different areas

Provide administrative support, such as maintaining accurate employee records, preparing presentations, and ensuring the smooth operation of HR systems.

Act as the primary point of contact for employees, addressing their questions and concerns with clarity and professionalism.
What we are looking for:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Human Resources-related field.

Proficiency in English both written and verbal
-
Outstanding analytical, listening, and communication skills.

Adaptability, quick learning ability, and comfort in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
