🎯 Role Mission

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be key to defining and executing the product strategy for high-impact areas. You'll lead complex initiatives from ideation through launch, ensuring our solutions don't just innovate, but also generate tangible value for our users and the business.

🛠️ How will you help us fulfil our mission?

  • You'll lead the product strategy for one or more key domains, translating it into a clear, ambitious roadmap with measurable objectives.
  • You'll identify market opportunities and user needs through deep data analysis, qualitative research, and sharp product sense.
  • You'll manage the full product lifecycle: from conceptualisation and design to launch and post-launch iteration, working closely with engineering, design, data, and operations teams.
  • You'll act as a reference point and mentor for other Product Managers, sharing your experience and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • You'll influence and align multiple internal and external stakeholders, communicating the product vision effectively and ensuring cohesion in execution.

🔍 What we're looking for:

  • Alignment with our principles
  • 5+ years of proven experience in Product Management, Product Analytics, or equivalent roles, leading high-impact products.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute complex product strategies, prioritise based on data, and deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent product sense and a user-centred approach, with the ability to identify problems and design innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and leadership skills, able to inspire and align multidisciplinary teams.
  • An analytical, data-driven mindset, with experience making decisions based on metrics and outcomes.
  • An academic background in Economics, Engineering, or a relevant discipline is a plus.

Public official: A person who holds or has held in the last 5 years a high-level public office or a position of political, administrative, or economic responsibility, including heads of state, ministers, legislators, magistrates, high-ranking military officers, executives of state-owned enterprises, local and regional authorities with decision-making power over regulatory or administrative matters, and those holding relevant positions in political parties. Operational or technical-level public employees, such as police officers, teachers, professors, or administrative staff, are not included.

Point of Data Transfer *

When you apply to a job on this site, the personal data contained in your application will be collected by Maxi-Mobility which is located in Madrid, Spain. Controller’s data protection officer can be contacted at anna.trallero@cabify.com. Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of managing Controller’s recruitment related activities, which include setting up and conducting interviews and tests for applicants, evaluating and assessing the results thereto, and as is otherwise needed in the recruitment and hiring processes. Such processing is legally permissible under Art. 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) as necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, which are the solicitation, evaluation, and selection of applicants for employment.

Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by Controller to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on Controller’s behalf. Accordingly, if you are located outside of the United States, your personal data will be transferred to the United States once you submit it through this site. Because the European Union Commission has determined that United States data privacy laws do not ensure an adequate level of protection for personal data collected from EU data subjects, the transfer will be subject to appropriate additional safeguards under the standard contractual clauses. 

Your personal data will be retained by Controller as long as Controller determines it is necessary to evaluate your application for employment. Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data, to request that your personal data be rectified or erased, and to request that processing of your personal data be restricted. You also have to right to data portability. In addition, you may lodge a complaint with an EU supervisory authority.
