About the role

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support the growth of our high-volume Student Facing hiring teams. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to build robust candidate pipelines across a range of roles. You’ll work closely with recruiters and business leaders to understand hiring needs, identify top talent, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from first contact.

  • Build and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for high-volume roles
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver tailored candidate outreach
  • Identify and engage passive candidates through Boolean searches, ATS data, referrals, events, and non-traditional sourcing channels
  • Manage candidates through early stages of the hiring process, ensuring a smooth handoff to recruiters
  • Act as a strategic advisor by providing market insights and sourcing data to inform hiring decisions
  • Maintain accurate and compliant records in our ATS (Greenhouse) and ensure strong pipeline visibility
  • Represent our company and values in every candidate interaction, fostering a positive experience

    • Required: 
      • BS/BA degree
      • 1+ years of experience in sourcing and recruiting, 
      • Proven experience in sourcing top talent within fast-paced, high-growth environments, particularly in the tech industry
      • Strong proficiency in using Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
      • Demonstrated ability to source and attract high-caliber candidates, utilizing a variety of sourcing methods and recruitment strategies
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders

What you’ll get:

A compensation package that includes a base salary $51,000 - $68,000 + equity grant 

    • Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary will be localized.
