Overview:

Capstone is looking for a Communications Associate to support the development of our communications strategies to further elevate our unique brand experience. As Capstone recently underwent an exciting rebrand, this role will be pivotal in amplifying and shaping our refreshed identity. Working closely with various departments including our Investor Relations, Client Solutions, and People teams, the Communications Associate will have the autonomy to manage projects independently across the firm. By joining us, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all communications reflect Capstone's visionary, dynamic, and pioneering spirit. Responsibilities and Impact:

Impact Report

  • Lead the creation of Capstone’s annual Impact Report, which includes:
    • Copywriting
    • Tracking carbon data
    • Developing marketing materials
    • Creating talking points
    • Planning launch and social media strategies

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Maintain and manage all social media platforms
  • Oversee the entire social media content process, including drafting, coordinating with the graphic design team, and ensuring compliance
  • Assist in developing and implementing our digital marketing strategy, including initiatives such as paid advertising and search engine optimization (SEO)

Analytics

  • Prepare monthly Communications Analytics reports for key stakeholders covering:
    • Social Media (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.)
    • Website Performance
    • Digital Marketing performance

Website

  • Liaise with Investor Relations (IR) to update firm statistics on the website on a monthly basis
  • Conduct a comprehensive review of the website quarterly to ensure all information is current and accurate
  • Perform annual compliance and legal reviews of website content

People

  • Oversee all aspects of our firm intranet, Hubcap
  • Collaborate with the People team to produce and distribute a monthly firm-wide newsletter
  • Draft materials for the CEO’s monthly town hall meetings.
  • Handle ad-hoc writing projects as needed

Our future colleague has these skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a communications or marketing role
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and liaise with multiple departments
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

The applicable base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $105,000 USD. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
