Overview:
The Client Solutions and Investor Relations teams service Capstone’s institutional client base. The team is responsible for maintaining marketing materials and reporting items, coordinating calls and meetings with clients, and catering to the firm’s investors. Team members work in coordination with various departments across the firm including Product Development, Communications, and various Investment and Operations teams.
Responsibilities and Impact:
Individual will be responsible for providing support to Capstone’s Client Solutions (sales) and Investor Relations teams.
- Coordinate internal team meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure smooth execution.
- Distribute the weekly marketing calendar to management and ensure timely updates
- Extract reports and make updates in Capstone’s CRM system (Backstop)
- Assist in monitoring team budget as well as third party vendors
- Helping coordinate PM monthly updates by gathering and organizing questions in advance
- Working with legal and compliance to facilitate the approval process for NDAs, investor eligibility and compliance reviews for marketing materials
- Help to send mass mailings via Capstone’s email service (Profund)
- Coordinate Team & PM travel (run bi-weekly catch ups on topic)
- Sales travel technology upkeep and tracking
- Provide miscellaneous assistance with expenses, including procurement and accounts payable submissions

The applicable base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $105,000 USD. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
