Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tax and Accounting Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing tax and accounting functions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. We currently manage over 200 assets in operation or development, primarily focusing on power plants. Our team is actively involved in the investment process, building and managing new projects, and ensuring financial stability and growth.

- 회계/세무 관련 업무 담당 

* 별도 외부 기장업체 및 자문사 이용 

- 인사/총무 : 급여관리, 입퇴사 관리, 내부문서 관리 

- 해외 본사 보고 업무 등 

- 투자 자산 관리 부서를 포함한 내부 유관부서 지원 

- 기타 업무지원 

(EN) 

- Finance management including, but not limited to Budget planning, analysis of performance and management reporting 

- Liaise with external accounting, audit, and tax compliance firms to ensure statutory requirements are met 

- Cooperate with the relevant internal departments and support financial asset manager 

- Corporate Administration including, but not limited to expense management, managing office lease, internal document management 

- Reporting to the headquarter 

- Other supporting tasks 

 

Qualifications:

(KR) 

- 최소 3년 이상의 경영관리 경력 

- 경영관리 관련 기초 회계/재무지식 보유 

- 비즈니스 영어 가능자 

- 외국어 능력 우수자 

- 회계관련 자격증 소지자 우대 

- 투자 유관 회사 경영관리 업무 경력 우대 

- IFRS에 대한 이해도가 있으신 분 우대

- Basic accounting/financial knowledge 

- Business level English (written/verbal) 

- Holders of accounting-related certifications 

- Experience in management within investment-related companies 

- IFRS familiarity
