Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Operations Intern to join our team and support key finance initiatives. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in ERP implementation, financial process design, and data analysis using Power BI.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of the new ERP system, supporting documentation and knowledge transfer efforts.
- Create a structured knowledge warehouse to ensure effective ERP usage post-deployment.
- Document financial process flows across accounting and operations functions.
- Develop and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve consistency and compliance.
- Support in drafting accounting treatment documentation aligned with internal policies and IFRS/local GAAP.
- Leverage Power BI to assist in building financial dashboards, reports, and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and validate financial workflows.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong interest in finance, renewable energy, and digital transformation.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (prior exposure to SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
