Job Description

Brand Visual Creativity & Guideline Development
• Collaborate on multi-channel visual creative development and brand guideline formulation based on CASETiFY’s global brand tone, including e-commerce platforms, social media, and mini-programs.
• Utilize AI design tools and 3D technologies to help build a branded asset library, improving creative asset reusability and output efficiency.
Integrated Marketing Visual Design
• Lead the visual development and creative extensions for key campaigns, seasonal events, and brand collaborations — including key visuals, banners, e-commerce pages, and social media assets.
• Propose creative concepts and explore efficient production methods using AI-generated imagery (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion) and 3D tools (e.g., C4D, Blender).
AI Workflow Exploration & Efficiency Optimization
• Support the development of AI-assisted creative workflows, including prompt engineering, image selection, and model fine-tuning, to enhance team productivity.
• Deliver monthly creative trend insights or tool/process reviews to drive continuous improvement in the team’s creative capabilities.

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree or above in Design, Visual Communication, New Media Art, or related fields;
3+ years of experience in brand visual design, integrated marketing, or e-commerce design; background in lifestyle, consumer electronics, or trend-focused brands is a plus;
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma; hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Photoshop Beta) and 3D software (e.g., C4D, Blender);
Strong understanding of brand identity and visual systems, with the ability to translate strategic direction into cohesive visual solutions;
Familiarity with youth aesthetics and visual trends; strong sensitivity to pop culture and social media dynamics;
Excellent team collaboration, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bonus Points

Experience in LoRA fine-tuning, ControlNet, or other advanced AI image control techniques;
Proven visual contributions to large-scale marketing campaigns, with a strong portfolio;
Interdisciplinary creative background (e.g., fashion, illustration, animation, photography) is highly preferred.
