Position Description:
Ceribell is looking for an Accounts Payable specialist to assist in managing the organization's financial transactions related to vendor payments and expenses. The ideal candidate should have the ability to process and accurate payment of invoices, verify purchase orders, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate records. Key responsibilities include processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Accounts payable process to ensure that invoices are processed and paid accurately within the agreed timeline and is compliant with local regulations and statutory requirements.
- Coding vendor invoices, verifying vendor coded invoices and inputting W-9 info for new vendors.
- Validating invoices against work orders, purchase orders. and/or vendor contacts.
- Collaborating in the review and approval of Travel and Entertainment expense processing
- Meeting monthly deadlines
- Understand and comply with Company accounting policies and procedures and general understanding of internal controls processes.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with A/P policies by all team members.
- Assist vendors with accounts payable issues.
- Managing user access for billing systems
- Maintain accounts payable, vendor records and contract documentation.
- Additional ad hoc work (as needed)
Requirements/Qualifications
- 3+ years Accounts Payable experience preferably in a public company environment
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP system preferred.
- Experience with Certify a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel (experience with pivot tables and data manipulation; V-Look)
- Demonstrated consistency in values, principles and work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with both internal and external business partners.
- Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments.
A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s corporate compensation plan. Compensation Range
$85,000 - $95,000 USD
