As a Clinical Educator with Ceribell (contracted through TCW), you will play a vital role in driving clinical excellence and adoption of the Ceribell EEG System. You’ll partner with hospital teams to deliver hands-on product education, bedside training, and clinical guidance to ensure clinicians feel confident and competent using Ceribell technology in real-world critical care environments.
This role is ideal for an experienced critical care nurse who thrives in educational settings and wants to make an impact through innovation in neurological care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, effective in-hospital education and training on Ceribell technology to physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, and other clinical staff.
- Provide bedside support during initial implementations and ongoing utilization to reinforce best practices and ensure clinical confidence.
- Collaborate with Ceribell’s Clinical and Commercial teams to support new product introductions and clinical adoption initiatives.
Serve as a clinical resource and product expert, addressing questions and supporting optimal use across departments. - Maintain accurate documentation of training activities and report customer feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling to accommodate hospital shift patterns (early mornings, evenings, and occasional overnight travel).
Qualifications:
Licensure & Certification
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) credential required.
- CCRN or CNRN certification preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of in-hospital experience in critical care or emergency medicine (neurocritical care preferred).
- Prior clinical experience utilizing Ceribell technology highly preferred
- Background in staff education (e.g., Preceptor, Super User, Lead RT, or in-service trainer) strongly preferred.
Skills & Attributes
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; confident presenting to groups of varying sizes.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MacOS or Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Self-starter with professionalism, clinical credibility, and a passion for advancing patient care.
Availability & Travel
- Available 2–4 days per month for onsite customer support.
- Must be able to travel
- Occasional early morning, evening, or overnight travel may be required.
Pay Rates:
$50.00 Hourly Travel Time
$100.00 Hourly Working Time
Compensation Range
$50 - $100 USD
A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s corporate compensation plan.
