
Senior Analyst, Financial

In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll be at the center of our financial operations—digging into data, crafting reports, shaping financial plans, and delivering insights that influence big decisions. What You’ll Do

Provide high-impact operational and financial reporting using BI platforms like Domo and Workday Adaptive, delivering daily, weekly, and monthly insights to our private equity partners, C-suite, and managers.

Unlock the full potential of ServiceTitan for reporting and operational analysis.

Build dashboards, charts, and data flows in Domo that make complex information easy to understand and act on.

Use Workday Adaptive to create reports, offer strategic insight, and connect data seamlessly into Excel via Office Connect.

Spot and solve problems early, identify forecast risks and recommend actions to keep goals on track.

Analyze monthly performance, recommend process improvements, and prepare executive-ready decks showcasing key KPIs and variance metrics.

Collaborate with Operations to optimize technician/truck capacity planning for changing demand.

Be the go-to resource for data mining, special projects, and ad hoc analysis across Operations, Marketing, HR, Finance, Accounting, and leadership.
What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or another quantitative discipline.

3–5 years’ experience in financial reporting, accounting, planning, and analysis, ideally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented business.

A track record of working with forecasting and planning teams (bonus points if you’ve done it in a multi-department environment).

Outstanding communication skills, you can explain complex data in a way that makes sense to any audience.

Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and speed.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, plus comfort with Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint; Power BI or similar experience is a plus.

A genuine curiosity for how Finance, Operations, and Accounting work together, and how the right insight can spark better decisions.
