We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager (SPM) who shares our drive to build world-class products and is ready to lead high-impact initiatives that will help us scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for one or more products, ensuring strong alignment with Clara's strategic goals.

  • Lead product discovery and strategy, deeply understanding user needs and leveraging market insights to define winning product opportunities.

  • Drive execution excellence: work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and other teams to deliver features that delight users and drive business outcomes.

  • Set the bar for product management practices, quality, and collaboration within your squad.

  • Influence senior leadership with strong business cases, insights, and strategic recommendations.

  • Champion a data-driven approach to decision-making, using metrics, experimentation (A/B testing), and user feedback to validate hypotheses and continuously improve the product.

  • Champion the integration of AI into product strategy, identifying opportunities to embed AI technologies (including LLMs) into features and services that create differentiated customer value.

  • Leverage AI tools to work smarter, using LLMs and AI assistants to draft PRDs, run rapid prototyping, conduct research, and accelerate delivery workflows.

  • Evangelize your products internally and externally, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and excited about your roadmap and releases.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in product management in high-growth tech companies, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or spend management.

  • Proven success leading complex products or product portfolios from discovery to launch and scaling.

  • Outstanding ownership mindset: proactive, self-motivated, and biased for action without waiting to be told what to do.

  • Strong strategic thinking: you can connect product work to broader business goals and make tradeoffs that optimize for impact.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills: clear communicator, great at influencing cross-functional partners and executives.

  • User-obsessed with a sharp sense for user experience, combined with strong technical fluency to work effectively with engineers.

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and shifting contexts: you thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Data-driven: comfortable running experiments, analyzing metrics, and using insights to inform decisions.

  • Passion and curiosity for AI: excited to leverage AI tools in your own workflows and to explore how AI can create user and business value.
