Website Specialist (Especialista em Website) - São Paulo (Hybrid)
Ready to accelerate your career?

We already help over 20,000 large and growing businesses operate with agility and financial clarity through locally issued corporate cards, bill pay, financing, and a powerful B2B platform built for scale.
Clara is backed by some of the most successful investors in the world, including top regional VCs like monashees, Kaszek, and Canary, and leading global funds like Notable Capital, Coatue, DST Global Partners, ICONIQ Growth, General Catalyst, Citi Ventures, SV Angel, Citius, Endeavor Catalyst, and Goldman Sachs - in addition to dozens of angel investors and local family offices.
We’re building the financial infrastructure that powers high-performing organizations across the region. We invite you to join us if you want to be part of a fast-paced environment that will accelerate your career and support you to do some of the best work of your life alongside a passionate and committed team distributed across the Americas.
What you'll do
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes the internet, loves how things work under the hood, and gets excited by the idea of growing traffic through smart, modern strategies. In this role, you’ll own Clara’s marketing website and search visibility — combining technical chops, AI curiosity, and growth intuition to build an experience that not only looks great but scales fast. Whether you’re a fresh Computer Science grad or a self-taught web hacker, you’ll bring a sense of ownership, experimentation, and craft to everything you touch.
You will:
- Take charge of Clara’s marketing site: ensure content reflects our positioning, keep pages updated and optimized for performance and speed, working with content, design, and engineering to deliver a best-in-class experience. Use tools like Webflow (primarily), HubSpot, or Framer to build and iterate quickly (no need to be a pro — just hungry to learn).
- Lead SEO strategies with a demand focus: own Clara's SEO strategy, balancing technical, on-page, and authority-building efforts. Your goal is not only traffic, but qualified demand and measurable business impact.
- Go beyond traditional SEO: experiment with new AI-driven approaches, including Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), measuring impact across LLMs and tools.
- Be hands-on: comfortable stepping in when needed—whether fixing a page, optimizing content, coding with LLMs/AI tools or exploring AI-powered workflows to optimize growth (you don’t need to be an expert, just curious and motivated). You are expected to be proactive, resourceful, and able to build and iterate quickly.
- Turn data into impact: use tools like GA4, GSC, Metabase, and SEMrush to uncover insights, prioritize actions, and translate them into measurable business results. Clearly communicate performance and opportunities to stakeholders and executives.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Must haves
- +4 years of hands-on experience with SEO and website optimization, with proficiency in technical, content and authority pillars.
- Experience working directly with Webflow, HubSpot CMS, Framer or other modern CMS.
- Experience with SEO auditing tools and web analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, lead projects and manage competing priorities.
- Experience and familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude…) to boost productivity.
Nice to haves
- Experience using Webflow as your primary CMS.
- Comfort working in Framer, Replit, or other AI-forward platforms.
- Experience with automation and/or low-code platforms (e.g. N8N, Zapier, Make)
- Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Strong sense of visual design and UX sensibilities.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing frameworks.

Clara’s Hybrid Policy
Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.
We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
