About the Role

As a Senior Frontend Developer at CodeRoad, you will serve as the technical backbone of our client-side applications, specializing in high-performance architectures. You will anchor the development of complex, modular interfaces using Vue 3 and TypeScript, ensuring that our frontend solutions are not only visually seamless but technically robust and future-proof.

This role is critical to setting the gold standard for our engineering culture. We are looking for a specialist who moves beyond general implementation to own the architectural integrity of our projects. Your impact will be felt directly through the delivery of scalable code and the technical elevation of the entire development POD.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Architect high-level frontend solutions using the Vue 3 Composition API, ensuring maximum performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Build and Implement complex features from the ground up, taking full ownership of the technical execution from discovery to deployment.

• Lead and Optimize the codebase by enforcing clean coding practices and establishing advanced TypeScript patterns for large-scale applications.

• Collaborate and Mentor by conducting rigorous code reviews and providing high-impact technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.

• Establish and Document frontend standards and best practices, ensuring consistent architectural patterns across the development lifecycle.

• Orchestrate the integration of modern state management and component libraries to deliver a premier user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a heavy focus on frontend ecosystems.

• Advanced Mastery of Vue 3: Extensive, hands-on experience with the Composition API across multiple production-grade projects.

• Deep TypeScript Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of advanced types, generics, and strict type-checking in large applications.

• Architectural Ownership: Proven track record of designing complex frontend architectures and state management strategies (e.g., Pinia, Vuex).

• Specialized Focus: This role requires a dedicated Vue expert; we are seeking candidates whose primary career focus is the Vue ecosystem.

• Advanced English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory for stakeholder collaboration.

• Automotive Industry Exposure: Previous experience building software solutions within the automotive or logistics sectors.
