The Senior Video & Visual Content Producer (Marketing) drives high-impact, demand-generating visual storytelling that supports Commvault’s global marketing strategy. This role is responsible for creating compelling multimedia content that strengthens brand positioning, accelerates pipeline growth, and enhances customer engagement across digital, social, field, and event channels.
This individual combines strategic marketing thinking with hands-on production expertise to translate complex cybersecurity and data resilience solutions into visually powerful narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers, partners, and industry audiences.
Position Responsibilities
- Develops and produces video and multimedia content supporting integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, demand generation initiatives, thought leadership programs, and customer advocacy.
- Partners with Product Marketing, Brand, Digital, Field Marketing, and Corporate teams to align visual storytelling with campaign strategy and buyer journey stages.
- Translates complex technical messaging (cyber resilience, data protection, SaaS platforms, hybrid cloud, etc.) into clear, engaging visual narratives tailored to enterprise audiences.
- Leads full-cycle production including ideation, scripting collaboration, directing, filming, editing, motion graphics, and post-production.
- Creates content optimized for multi-channel distribution including website, social media, paid media, events, webinars, sales enablement, and ABM programs.
- Oversees live, hybrid, and recorded event production for customer conferences, product announcements, executive keynotes, and field events.
- Ensures brand consistency and visual standards across all marketing touchpoints.
Position Requirements
- 8-12+ years of hands-on experience with non-linear editing systems such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Avid, or similar professional editing platforms.
- Strong expertise in motion graphics and rich media production, including advanced proficiency with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Proficiency with production cameras (cinema cameras, DSLRs, mirrorless systems), multi-camera production environments, professional audio capture systems, and studio/on-location lighting setups.
- Keen understanding — demonstrated through a professional production reel — of all elements of New Media production, including lighting, composition, color grading, editing technique, encoding, sound design, and graphical integration.
- Familiarity with AI-powered video and creative tools (e.g., generative AI for script development, AI-assisted editing, synthetic voice, automated captioning, AI-based personalization platforms).
- Knowledge of video personalization tools for ABM and digital demand generation.
- Experience creating content for SaaS product marketing including explainer videos, demo videos, customer testimonials, and launch assets.
- Experience supporting large-scale global conferences or customer events.
- Familiarity with digital asset management systems and content lifecycle governance.
- Working knowledge of marketing analytics tools and video performance tracking platforms.
- Exceptional level of creativity across traditional, digital, social, and rich media disciplines, with the ability to bring fresh, innovative thinking to complex marketing challenges.
- Excellent listening and consultative skills, with the ability to quickly synthesize stakeholder objectives and translate them into clear, compelling visual concepts that drive measurable impact.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both strategic storytelling capability and technical execution excellence.

Pay Range
$93,500 - $163,300 USD
