General Summary:

The Talent Development Intern provides support for the Talent Development team within a worldwide industry 
leading technology company. This role is responsible for assisting in creation and delivery of soft skills training, as 
well as data collection and analysis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides support to cross-functional teams, with a high attention to detail
    • Assists in developing interactive and engaging instructor-led soft skills training programs
    • May conduct training sessions covering various soft skills
    • Collects and analyzes data in support of the Talent Development team
    • May use RPA to automate core processes
    • Provides one-on-one assistance to colleagues who are looking to apply training material to their day-today tasks

  • Ability to perform routine situations and procedures with limited supervision
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Strong team player with ability to build positive and collaborative relationships within the ConnectWise 
    organization
    • Possesses a practical knowledge of training and development techniques
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs 
    • High degree of organizational skills and attention to detail 

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:

  • Requires limited knowledge of operations procedures and tools
    • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in related field

Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid (Tampa or Harlan, IA)
    • 0-10% travel may be required
