General Summary:
The Software Engineer I is responsible for developing high-quality, innovative, fully performing software in compliance with coding standards. This individual works in partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure that software deliverables, including designs, codes, and tests, are completed in a timely manner while remaining
aligned with industry and organizational standards
Job Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 1–3 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong foundational programming concepts. Adaptability to new technologies and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with backend languages such as GoLang (preferred), Python, or Java, Full-Stack and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Candidates with experience in backend languages other than GoLang (such as Java, Python, Node.js, AngularJS, JavaScript) may be considered, provided they demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and transition to working with GoLang as the primary backend language.
• Strong understanding and application of SDLC, and STLC processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA for task tracking and defect management.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines and contribute to the build and deployment process.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and defects. contribute to code optimization. • Document findings, analysis, and technical details clearly and thoroughly.
Good to Have
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud infrastructure concepts.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, AngularJS

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive team player with a collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering quality solutions.
