Senior Product Manager - Mobile App

We have an opening for a Senior Product Manager to spearhead the company’s Mobile App.
Our team structure includes a dedicated product leader for each growth pillar, supported by designers and research who work closely with our engineering, marketing, sales, and support counterparts. We operate in cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and rapid execution.
Within the wider Constant Contact ecosystem, the Growth function serves as a critical bridge between our core product experience and our business objectives. We work closely with Product teams focused on specific capabilities to ensure features are optimized for growth, with Marketing to align on acquisition strategies, with Sales to support conversion, and with Customer Success to drive retention and expansion.
The role involves setting a Product strategy for the Mobile App and executing. This Senior Product Manager will be instrumental to our team's success by:
- Product leadership: Elevate our entire Product team's mobile capabilities and thinking.
Getting to Product-Market fit: Setting a clear and pragmatic direction for transforming our mobile Apps into digital marketing category leaders. We need to redefine how our customers can use this platform to deliver results for their small businesses.
- Enabling faster execution: Accelerating our mobile initiatives through focus and outcome-oriented approach.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Acting as the champion for the Product vision through the Mobile Apps and ensure successful execution across product, design, engineering, marketing, support, and sales to create a seamless mobile experience that delivers.
- Optimizing Mobile Funnel: In addition, this person will need to balance mobile App innovation and development with funnel optimization.
What you'll do:
- Set Direction: Given an overarching Product vision, this person will build the future mobile App strategy to active, engage and retain users, especially mobile-only users.
- Improve Mobile Customer Workflows: Lead efforts to improve customer workflows that empower small businesses to achieve results in less time. Includes optimizing existing and established new customer journeys and workflows. Engagement, Retention and Monetization are all important considerations in our future Mobile App strategy.
- Redefine User Experience: Champion a user-centric approach to all product development and level up our Mobile App UX crafting an industry leading experience.
Who You Are:
- Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience with demonstrated success driving Mobile Strategy and mobile growth metrics for SaaS and/or consumer/SMB mobile applications. Proven track record of bringing B2B SaaS and SMB products to market is a must.
- Ability to empathize with users and champion their needs throughout the Product Discovery process
- High standards for Design & UX - Strong understanding of mobile design principles and ability to champion exceptional user experiences that drive engagement and conversion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Proven ability to work effectively with design, engineering, marketing, support, and sales teams to deliver cohesive user experiences.
- Data-Driven Decision Making - Strong analytical skills with experience using product metrics and user insights to inform strategic decisions and measure impact.
- Demonstrated ability to influence product and engineering organizations and navigate complex, ambiguous challenges
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, agile environments
- Strong communicator, and capable of balancing excellent design with timely delivery
