AI Solutions Partner
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an AI Solutions Partner to lead the identification, adoption, and integration of AI tools that enhance workflows, automate manual tasks, and unlock new capabilities within the G&A organization. This role is ideal for a process thinker and strategic doer who combines G&A domain expertise, business acumen, technical fluency, and change leadership to make AI a reality for teams.
These individuals are not just technologists. They are cross-functional operators who accelerate AI adoption across functions by identifying high-impact use cases, training teams on practical tools, and improving ROI by integrating AI into day-to-day processes. They bridge the gap between AI potential and frontline execution by transforming ideas into scalable, responsible solutions that enhance productivity, free up time, and foster confidence in how AI is utilized across the business.
You will work closely with G&A team leaders, as well as departments across the company to implement improvements in a secure, sustainable, and results-driven manner. Your work will help drive clarity, reduce redundant tooling, and support a culture of innovation rooted in real business value.
What to expect
- Use G&A domain expertise to identify and prioritize high-impact business solutions by analyzing current workflows, tools, and pain points with an AI forward mentality.
- Design and implement AI-powered tools and workflows that automate repetitive tasks, improve accuracy, and expand team capacity. Ensure that solutions produce measurable results.
- Independently build and deploy workflow automations and lightweight integrations using APIs, scripts, or low-code tools—translating ideas into working prototypes and production-ready solutions.
- Leverage low-code and no-code platforms to design and pilot innovative tools or processes, validating success through measurable adoption, stakeholder satisfaction, and tangible business impact. Rapidly prototype and test new AI use cases in collaboration with internal stakeholders, using an iterative, feedback-driven approach.
- Cultivate and maintain a culture of experimentation within the department. Serve as AI mentor and coach to increase the AI literacy, fluency, and daily use of AI tools by all department employees.
- Partner with Governance and Security teams to ensure that AI solutions conform to acceptable use, legal standards, and security guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments and share best practices. Share playbooks, insights, and frameworks with other teams to scale success across the organization. Identify and execute on opportunities for cross-departmental solutions.
- Participate in external and internal AI forums and keep abreast of new AI technologies and trends, as well as their applicability to Contentful.
What you need to be successful
- 5+ years of experience in operations, internal consulting, enablement, or strategic process improvement roles specific to at least one G&A functional area.
- Familiarity with SaaS systems and tools, and the ability to integrate APIs or build custom workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to launch AI-powered tools that drive measurable value.
- Solid understanding of AI concepts, including prompt design, model limitations, data privacy considerations, and the foundational structure of AI-powered tools.
- Hands-on technical capability to build and maintain workflow automations or prototypes using scripting, connectors, or automation frameworks—not just to design them conceptually.
- Demonstrated ability to align technology with business needs and guide cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions and influence without authority in a team-first, solutions-oriented way.
- Demonstrated ability to design, launch, and measure process driven experimentation.
