Summary: We are looking for a Contract Manager to manage and control the contractual relationships with service providers. This role involves coordinating contract activities, including development, negotiation, and transition, while monitoring vendor contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions. The Contract Manager will define and manage vendor penalties and incentives based on performance criteria and facilitate contract amendments and renegotiations as necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the contractual relationships with IT service providers.
- Coordinate contract activities such as development, negotiation, and transition.
- Monitor vendor contracts to ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
- Define and manage vendor penalties and incentives based on performance.
- Create, negotiate, and incorporate contract amendments as required.
- Review contract budget variances and implement corrective actions.
- Serve as a liaison between IT service providers and the business.
- Support multiple contracts or complex enterprise agreements.
- Coordinate or manage the work of others on related projects.
Required skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in finance or contract management.
- Experience managing contractual relationships with IT service providers.
- Strong negotiation and contract development skills.
- Proficiency in monitoring and ensuring compliance with contract terms.
- Ability to work on projects of varying size, complexity, and duration.
- Intermediate professional skill level with the capability to manage complex enterprise agreements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
