Responsibilities
- Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across diverse channels
- Partner with the content team to plan, craft, and schedule materials for growth initiatives, member engagement, email campaigns, and other digital platforms
- Collaborate across departments to design customer journeys that drive new member acquisition, cross-selling opportunities, and deeper member engagement
- Oversee website and landing page updates to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to deliver campaigns on time and within budget
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, delivering actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
- Maintain a well-organized marketing calendar and detailed project management documentation
- Provide administrative support for marketing projects as needed
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in managing the complete B2B customer lifecycle, including demand generation, lead nurturing, sales enablement, platform engagement, and cross-sell/upsell strategies
- Proficient in leveraging digital tools such as Google Analytics, Storyblok, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive results
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at conveying ideas clearly and effectively
- A foundational understanding of SEO and marketing operations is an added advantage
