Partner Marketing Specialist, Public Sector

To support our rapid growth, we’re seeking a dynamic Partner Marketing Specialist to support and execute marketing programs in collaboration with our supplier and channel partners as we drive new growth in the government and education sectors. This role is essential in developing co-marketing strategies, managing joint campaigns, and ensuring that our partnerships drive meaningful growth in the public sector. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B or partner marketing and understands how to leverage supplier relationships to enhance brand presence.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute joint marketing programs with supplier and channel partners to drive new growth in the public sector segment
- Execute awareness and demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, events, ABM, and digital advertising
- Create co-branded content, collateral, supplier enablement materials, and campaigns that highlight the value of partnerships
- Support partner onboarding for rapid utilization of available marketing programs
- Coordinate webinars, events, and sponsorships with partners
- Collaborate with the sales team to align partner marketing efforts with revenue goals
- Monitor partner engagement and campaign performance, providing insights to optimize strategies
- Manage partner marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in partner marketing, B2B marketing, or channel marketing
- Experience working with suppliers, resellers, or distributors in a marketing capacity
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Knowledge of public sector procurement or cooperative purchasing is a plus
- Knowledge of scrum methodology and Agile project management is a plus
