The Opportunity
We’re seeking a growth-oriented, results-driven Division President to lead our New Construction and Residential Sales Division into its next chapter. As Division President, you’ll sit at the helm of our residential strategy, focus on driving growth through sales performance, builder channel expansion, and enhanced customer experience. You’ll have full P&L responsibility, direct influence on company trajectory, and the backing of a strong executive team and trusted brand. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role within the organization and the community that reports directly to the CEO.
What You'll Lead
- Strategic Growth: Refine and execute go-to-market strategies that drive market share, profitability, and sustainable customer acquisition.
- P&L Ownership: Lead division-level financial performance, with a focus on sales growth, gross margin, and EBITDA contribution
- Sales & Operations Excellence: Lead new construction and residential sales models. Maximize efficiency and scalability.
- Builder Channel Expansion: Expand our footprint in the builder segment by forging high-impact partnerships and introducing compelling, scalable programs.
- Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of 300+
- M&A & Growth Strategy: Identify and integrate acquisitions to accelerate market expansion and service capabilities throughout the Southeast and Southwest.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to inform pricing, customer retention, operational improvement, and market insights.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years in proven leadership roles within builder programs, residential sales, and smart home technology.
- Success leading large sales organizations across regional or national territories.
- A track record of driving revenue in subscription-based or recurring revenue business models.
- Strong business acumen and comfort owning full P&L responsibility.
- Hands-on leadership during periods of rapid scale or transformation.
- Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and inorganic growth.
- Comfort in fast-paced, customer-centric environments with a passion for innovation.
