Data Integration Analyst
Coho Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Data Integration Analyst to support executive-level decision-making within a Department of Defense environment at the Pentagon. This role is responsible for processing, analyzing, integrating, and synthesizing large, complex data sets from multiple sources and translating findings into clear, actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and briefings for senior leaders.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Process, analyze, integrate, synthesize, and interpret large and diverse data sets from multiple data sources to support executive-level decisions.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Translate complex data and analytical findings into concise, clear narratives for senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Work closely with senior leadership to understand information requirements, define metrics, and deliver data-driven insights aligned with organizational priorities.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across integrated data sources.
- Support continuous improvement of data processes, methodologies, and reporting standards.
- Prepare executive-level briefings, summaries, and presentations using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.
Essential Job Qualifications and Requirements:

- Education:
- Minimum requirement is a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Active IBM Data Analyst Professional Certification.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in data analysis and integration.
- High proficiency in mathematical and analytical techniques.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Access, Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to process, analyze, integrate, synthesize, and interpret large, complex data sets from multiple sources.
- Strong executive-level oral and written communication skills, with experience presenting findings to senior leaders.
