The Intake Manager position at Joubert Law Firm exists to lead the firm's client intake process, an integral part of its mission to deliver top-tier compassionate legal services. This role is designed to enhance client interactions and support the firm's goal of maximizing client compensation. As the Intake Manager, you'll have the opportunity to significantly impact the firm's growth and client success by overseeing and optimizing the intake team and processes.
What you’ll do:
- Team Leadership: Directly manage and coach the intake team, setting structures and holding the team accountable. Initially, you will manage one intake team member, with the expectation that you can grow and rebuild the team over time.
- Client Interaction: Personally handle inbound intake calls to ensure high conversion rates and enhance client satisfaction.
- Process Optimization: Build and refine intake processes to improve efficiency, case quality, and value.
- Performance Management: Develop and own KPIs to track and enhance team performance, supporting goal achievement.
- Recruitment and Growth: Lead recruitment efforts to build a high-performing intake team that aligns with firm standards.
- Reporting Structure: This role reports directly to Amy Joubert.

- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and organization in managing client data and processes.
- Communication Expertise: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle sensitive stories empathetically.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in technology, including AI, Microsoft Office 365 and experience with case management software like Lead Docket and Filevine preferred.
