As an Associate, Integrated Investment, you will play a key role in the execution, optimization, and analysis of media campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with internal teams and media partners to ensure smooth campaign delivery, stay ahead of emerging trends, and contribute to strategic insights that drive client success.


You Will:  

  • Build strong relationships with media partners and communicate daily to ensure campaign initiatives run smoothly.
  • Coordinate the trafficking, optimization, and reporting of all media campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and emerging media opportunities to capitalize on Custom Partnerships and Sponsorships.
  • Assist in the setup and execution of media campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are met.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail, managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Provide insights into campaign analysis and optimization, supporting overall performance improvement.
  • Stay up to date on and advise the Marketing and Media groups on the latest trends in interactive marketing/media and developments.  
  • Aid in the development of “Point of View” (POV) documents on new trends or special opportunities.  
  •  Research and prepare new information for paid media plans, RFPs, and client presentations.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams on presentations, campaign reporting, and other deliverables.

You Have:  

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to clearly communicate with both internal teams and external media partners.
  • Proven ability to manage media campaigns from start to finish, with experience in trafficking, reporting, and optimization.
  • A keen interest in emerging media trends and an eagerness to stay ahead of industry changes.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
  • Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams to meet goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field (preferred).

We continually review ranges to address skills, experience and markets. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a number of factors that include, but aren’t limited to, a candidate’s experience and skills relative to the scope and responsibilities of the position. For current CM employees, tenure will also be a consideration.

Salary Range

$65,000 - $65,000 USD
