Marketing Science Senior Analyst
As a Marketing Science Senior Analyst, your curiosity never ends. The next question is always on your mind, helping you to understand how marketing science fits in the big picture of a project. You bring in 3 to 5 years of experience, leading marketing science deliverables across a broad range of initiatives and focusing on at least two of the following areas: tracking and measurement, implementation, reporting, data visualization, testing and evaluation, data integration, or statistical modeling. You have experience using data analytics to recommend solutions to improve Digital marketing performance, enjoy collaborating with others, and are capable of directly communicating business insights to clients through logical, easy to understand stories.
You will:
- Provide actionable insights for digital campaigns by gaining a deep knowledge of the client’s business and industry.
- Lead the ideation, development and execution of measurement strategies and frameworks.
- Leverage data science techniques and statistical modeling to analyze complex datasets, uncover trends, and generate actionable insights for clients.
- Reporting: Design, build and automate analyses, reports, dashboards and other deliverables. Lead the preparation and delivery of weekly and monthly reports, providing clients with data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
- Database Management: Develop and maintain datasets for creative reporting using SQL and ensure data accuracy. Gather data through various third-party platforms and ensure compliance with data governance protocols.
- Provide work direction to associate analysts and analysts.
- Occasionally contribute analytics content for pitch materials and request for proposals.
You have:
- B.S. degree in a quantitative or technical field, including but not limited to economics, mathematics, business, finance, social sciences, computer science, or information management. M.S. degree preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills, with strong verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated experience presenting to internal or external stakeholders.
- Expertise in Python and/or R and SQL, or other business-relevant statistical programming language.
- Expertise with at least two of the following: data architecture (ETL/data integration), automated data ingestion + reporting, data science and statistical programming, testing and personalization, data visualization, website systems implementation.
- Experience with one or more visualization platforms (e.g.Tableau, Domo, PowerBI, etc.)
- Experience working with statistical analysis techniques and quantitative methods, preferred, but not required.
- Data engineering/architecture:o Experience with ETL techniques
- Machine Learning:
- o Familiarity with machine learning models and techniques, preferred, but not required.
- Website:
- o Experience with Google and/or Adobe Analytics, and with tag management platforms (e.g.: GTM, Adobe Launch, Tealium, etc.), preferred, but not required.
