Rev Ops at Crunchbase
As the Revenue Operations Analyst, you will independently lead high-impact projects and own key revenue operations processes that drive GTM efficiency and effectiveness. In this role, you will exercise sound judgment, work cross-functionally to solve operational challenges, and implement scalable solutions. Your work will be aligned with the broader strategic direction established by Revenue Operations Leadership. Your skills in solving complex problems, operating cross-functionally, and contributing meaningfully to long-term strategy will be highly impactful in this role.
What You’ll Do:
Operational Execution & Process Ownership:
- Continuously improve core GTM workflows such as lead routing, opportunity management, or sales process design, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Independently lead projects that drive efficiency, accuracy, and scale across the revenue funnel.
- Act as a subject-matter expert for operational areas and contribute to the documentation and standardization of key processes.
Strategic Alignment & Collaboration:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting that surface performance trends and support decision-making.
- Use data to proactively identify process inefficiencies or growth opportunities, and implement solutions with minimal oversight.
- Support forecasting efforts in collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing, ensuring clean and consistent inputs.
Systems & Tooling:
- Own administration and optimization of core RevOps tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Scratchpad, Marketo), ensuring usability and data integrity.
- Partner with technical teams or vendors to implement tool enhancements and new solutions in line with Revenue Operations' strategy.
Drive automation and workflow improvements that enhance GTM productivity in coordination and alignment with cross-functional partners. - Performs other related duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field within a SaaS or high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated success owning complex processes and leading operational projects.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and GTM tools, with Salesforce Administrator certification preferred; additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Business Analyst are a strong plus.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive projects from concept to execution with minimal oversight.
- Excellent judgment and prioritization skills, with the ability to connect day-to-day execution to high-level business goals.
- Experience in creating and standardizing pricing workflows, approval chains, and contract processes using tools such as Conga, DocuSign CLM, PandaDoc, or CPQ (Salesforce or equivalent).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate data into insights and insights into action.
- Collaborative communicator who can influence across functions and levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Salary Range
$91,800 - $108,000 USD
