We’re looking for data-driven Marketing Operations Strategist to supercharge our recruiting efforts through strategic outreach, streamlined workflows, and impactful analytics. If you thrive at the intersection of operations, marketing, and technology this role is for you.

You’ll manage key outreach tools, launch targeted campaigns, and lead cross-functional projects that help our recruiters connect with top healthcare talent faster. From automation and performance reporting to content and candidate engagement, you’ll play a critical role in scaling our impact and accelerating locum tenens placements.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Accelerate Candidate Placements: Drive candidate applications by sending high-volume, targeted outreach campaigns for urgent locum tenens needs.
  • Optimize Recruiter Efficiency: Remove friction from the outreach-to-placement funnel, giving recruiters more time to focus on calls and conversions.
  • Streamline Operations: Maximize team productivity by managing critical tools, resolving workflow issues, and providing support to recruiters, ensuring minimal disruption to candidate outreach and placement efforts.
  • Design and Optimize Scalable Workflows: leverage smart routing logic, and AI-driven segmentation to reduce recruiter blockers and enable faster, more focused follow-up with high-intent jobs and candidates.
  • Deliver Strategic Insights to Optimize Candidate Engagement: Own key reporting that informs marketing decisions, outreach optimization, and performance tracking across tools.
  • Drive Internal Collaboration: Lead complex, multi-step projects and keeps team efforts aligned through structured project management.

Day in the Life: 

Marketing Operations & Support (40%)

  • Manage outreach tools, seat assignments, and performance reporting
  • Troubleshoot cadence, CRM/ATS, and call tracking issues
  • Project manage the end-to-end Marketing Package process
  • Support workflow automation updates and routing logic changes
  • Monitor inboxes and route candidate replies quickly
  • Provide graphic design support (Canva) for marketing materials
  • Maintain immigration reporting and assist with job postings as needed
  • Participate in team meetings to review progress and performance

Candidate Outreach (40%)

  • Launch high-volume email/text campaigns across platforms
  • Optimize outreach by testing templates and monitoring performance
  • Respond quickly to urgent openings with targeted messaging
  • Use automation to coordinate recruiter touchpoints and nurture sequences

Data & Analytics (20%)

  • Build and maintain reports to track outreach performance and team KPIs
  • Analyze platform performance and surface actionable insights
  • Create dashboards and visualizations for leadership
    Identify and test new automation opportunities within internal systems
  • Share insights to guide outreach strategy by specialty and role

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, or related field
  • 2–4 years in growth marketing, marketing ops, recruiting enablement, or related roles
    Proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Sheets, and reporting tools
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper) for outreach, workflow optimization, or reporting
  • Skilled in building/managing automations and workflows that scale team efficiency
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Healthcare recruitment marketing and email marketing experience preferred

Compensation

The US total compensation range for this full-time position is inclusive of salary. Our ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training.
