We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team in London. This role will primarily support the Business Development (BD) team by providing insights, operational support, and strategic guidance to help drive pipeline generation, revenue growth and improve business development performance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales top of funnel processes, business development tools, and overall operational efficiency, with a focus on leveraging data to optimise pipeline generation performance. The ideal candidate is excited to work in a fast-paced organisation and excels at deriving insights from data, solving problems, and driving process optimisation and change management. You must have strong organisational skills, an analytical mindset, a solid understanding of operational excellence, and excellent communication & relationship management skills.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Business Development Support: Act as the main operational partner for the Business Development team, providing critical analysis and strategic insights to enhance lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes.
  • Business Development Tech Stack Ownership: Own and manage the entire Business Development tech stack, including tools used for lead generation, prospecting, sales automation, and CRM (Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, Zoominfo, LeanData…). Evaluate and recommend new technologies to optimise BD workflows and ensure seamless integrations across systems.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors, collaborating with them to implement best practices for the tools in the BD tech stack and ensuring that the team effectively leverages these tools to reach their goals.
  • Lead Generation Process Optimisation: Work with the BD and Sales teams to streamline and automate workflows, ensuring alignment with company pipeline generation goals and KPIs. Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse top of funnel activity and pipeline data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to improve the BD team’s efficiency, productivity, and pipeline generation contribution. Provide regular reporting to leadership on pipeline generation performance and opportunities for growth.
  • Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other tools to track KPIs for BD activities, ensuring transparency and accountability across teams.
  • CRM Management: Ensure the BD team is effectively utilising the CRM (Salesforce, Outreach, etc.) to track leads, emails, calls, opportunities, and conversions. Regularly audit and clean CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Partner, and other departments to align on BD strategies and support company-wide pipeline generation objectives. Assist in creating sales enablement materials and tools.
  • Strategic Insights & Recommendations: Provide actionable insights based on data analysis, helping the BD leadership team make informed decisions around go-to-market strategy, targeting, and resource allocation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date on best practices, trends, and technologies in Revenue Operations and Business Development to continuously improve processes and performance.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Business Development, or a related field, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS sales lifecycle, with experience supporting Business Development or Sales teams.
  • Proficiency in sales tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense…) is a strong plus
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools (Tableau).
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable way.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, partner, and leadership teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
