Senior Manager, Deal & Renewal Operations

The Senior Manager, Deal & Renewal Operations will be an accomplished and strategic professional who will leverage extensive experience to lead and optimise Deal & Renewal Operations sub-functions, establishing a roadmap of deliveries, SOPs, tactical improvements and other elements that will contribute to the strengthening of these functions, while ensuring their day to day efficiency through managing a team. Responsibilities will encompass fostering a collaborative approach and maintaining a continuous improvement mindset, while ensuring the day-to-day solid execution of the Quote-to-Order playbook and Customer Master management. This position will involve regular collaboration with Sales, Finance, Legal, Business Systems and other central operations teams.

How you'll make an impact: 

  • Review and improve processes supporting Renewal transactions: preparation, follow-up, and execution, maintaining and improving the Renewal Playbook (including Renewal analytics and dashboarding)

  • Review, refresh and implement robust processes supporting Customer Master management, including Customer Registration, information collection, RFP Operations, Order and License Management.

  • Partner with the Business Systems team to establish an enhancement roadmap

  • Partner with customer-facing Sales teams and Deal Desk to improve existing processes

  • Manage, coach and develop a team of individuals responsible for the Renewal Desk and execution of Customer Processes

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., VP Sales, Legal, Revenue Accounting, Finance, Product) to ensure deals comply with accounting requirements and internal processes.

  • Act as the primary point of contact to coordinate, address, and resolve tools or contract-related issues.

  • Partner with the Deal Desk Director to drive strategic projects and initiatives focused on enhancing Quote to Order and Customer Master-related processes.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Self-motivated and self-driven with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

  • People Management experience in revenue operations (deal desk, renewal desk), 

  • Proven experience in data analytics and systems management, particularly in Salesforce.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in scaling a business environment with an international growth focus.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Adaptability to frequent changes in products, policies and procedures

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, exhibit good judgment, and provide leadership in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively with remote teams.
