
Field Marketing Associate (Fixed Term Contract)

Job Summary: The Field Marketing Associate for ASEAN will be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring marketing programs and events to support sales goals and accelerate pipeline growth. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, excellent project management skills, and a strong understanding of the ASEAN market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Marketing Planning:
- Work with the Field Marketing Manager to develop and execute the field marketing GTM for the ASEAN region in alignment with global and regional marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify target accounts and create account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
- Campaign Development and Execution:
- Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, paid social, email marketing, events, webinars, and content marketing.
- Localize global campaigns to resonate with the ASEAN market, ensuring cultural and language appropriateness.
- Event Management:
- Plan and manage regional events such as conferences, trade shows, workshops, and webinars.
- Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and promotional activities to ensure successful event execution.
- Sales Enablement:
- Provide the sales team with marketing materials, lead intelligence, and support to help them achieve their targets.
- Develop and maintain a library of regional case studies, success stories, and other sales collateral.
- Partnerships and Alliances:
- Work with strategic partners and alliances to co-market solutions and drive joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers and industry organizations in the region.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing programs and improve ROI.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the regional marketing budget to execute activities within budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact.
- Track and report on marketing expenditures, ensuring alignment with budgetary guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, preferably in the technology sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and events in the ASEAN region.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as marketing automation, CRM, and analytics software like Salesforce and Hubspot.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Ability to travel within the ASEAN region as needed.
