JOB PURPOSE
This role is part of our Creative & Media team based in Australia. Our team is a vibrant mix of talents, ranging from Creatives, Media Specialist, Brand Strategists to Account Managers. Together, we blend imaginative storytelling and performance-driven strategies with cutting-edge technology to create engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients.
We are looking for a Senior Paid Social Specialist who is characterised by a high degree of openness and empathy and who is driven to further develop and, above all, contribute their passion in the field of Paid Social advertising. You don’t just manage campaigns – you act as a strategic partner for our clients. This means you think alongside the client, consult them based on marketing needs, challenge their goals, assess feasibility, and work towards effective solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client consulting on all matters related to Paid Social – from technical implementation to strategic planning
- Development, planning, set-up and optimisation of paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, X and/or LinkedIn
- Allocating and managing budgets for paid social campaigns to achieve optimal results, preparation of forecasts and media plans
- Analysing campaign data and generating reports to provide valuable insights and actionable recommendations for our clients
- Designing and running client roadmaps, A/B tests, targeting strategies, or landing pages for performance optimisation
- Regularly tracking and monitoring performance metrics and optimising campaigns, ensuring goals & KPIs alignment and client satisfaction
- Identifying and defining target audiences for effective ad targeting
- Being the primary point of contact for the clients in your portfolio regarding all Paid Social related matters
- Implement and configure conversion tracking mechanisms with our data teams, such as pixels or tags, to measure campaign success.
- Leading quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients to align on growth opportunities
- Delivering insightful business and campaign reports, including clear and actionable optimisations
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Are open-minded and passionate about learning and evolving your Paid Social skillset
- Bring extensive experience in planning, setting up, and reporting on complex Paid Social campaigns
- Work thoroughly, manage campaigns accurately and have an eye for detail
- Are able to write clear and concise briefs and are an excellent communicator with a high degree of organisational skills
- Always keep an oversight, even when various tasks are at hand
- Have a deep understanding of Social KPIs, campaign optimisation, setup strategies and can analyse results with the help of Excel, Pivot and platform data
- Are an expert on technical setups as well as strategic media planning for the main paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit, etc)
- Are familiar with paid social automation tooling partners such as Smartly, Hunch and/or Sprinklr
- Have strong collaborative skills for working with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Think proactively and have a healthy amount of creativity as well as the fun to bring in own ideas
- Have a passion for (Paid) Social and are always up to date with news and trends
