Project Management Trainee

This role is part of our Creative & Media team based in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. Our team is a vibrant mix of talents, ranging from Creatives, Influencer Marketers, Brand & Content Strategists to Account Managers, Programmatic and Marketing Automation Consultants. Together, we blend imaginative storytelling and performance-driven strategies with cutting-edge technology to create engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Netflix, Canva, Foot Locker, Philips & Biscoff. 

JOB PURPOSE

Not from AM to PM, but from Student to PM. We are looking for an ambitious future project manager who wants to get to know all the processes of the digital agency world within DEPT®!

As a Trainee, we'll train you for 7 months to become a Project Manager within the various specializations of DEPT®; Creative and Media. The traineeship is a training program that will start in September 2025 and run for 7 months and we will develop your theoretical skills while working with applying them in practice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow various training courses to get you up and running in no time. 
• Learn from over 25 peer PMs and be able to set up your own projects.
• Work with many different specialities and be the spider in the web of your projects.

• Combining creative & media projects, working with: design, brand activation, SEO, SEA, social advertising 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Have completed a HBO or WO degree;
• Are available 4 or 5 days a week to work for a period of 7 months;
• Feel at home in an international, growing environment;
• Are communicative, social, solution-oriented, and have a hands-on mentality;
• Feel comfortable being in control and organizing;
• Have an affinity with planning & organizing, advertising, social media and technology;
• Are proficient in Dutch and English when it comes to both speaking and writing.
