Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for optimizing sales processes? We're looking for a Sales Operations Associate to play a crucial role in supporting our rapidly expanding sales team. In this position, you'll be instrumental in enhancing sales productivity and driving revenue growth by ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our day-to-day sales operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain the integrity of our Salesforce data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across leads, opportunities, and accounts.
  • Generate, analyze, and distribute critical sales reports and dashboards, including pipeline, forecasting, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to the sales leadership team.
  • Help develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the sales organization, identifying and implementing process improvements through the effective use of tools and automation.
  • Partner closely with marketing, finance, and growth teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Pull targeted prospect lists for events and marketing campaigns, create tailored Google Slides presentations for key sales meetings, and support with RFIs. 
  • Research Marketing Qualified Accounts and provide the business development team with valuable insights to inform their outreach strategies.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role, with a strong focus on Salesforce administration and sales process optimization.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) administration and management.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives concurrently, with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven ability to drive change and innovate.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Google Slides: Proficiency in creating professional and impactful presentations.

TAKE INTO ACCOUNT:

  • You will have to communicate with your team members abroad; therefore, fluency in English and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must for this role
  • This opening requires you to be open to work approximately 2 times a week from one of our offices located in Villa Crespo.
