Your role as Senior Manager, Partnerships

Reporting to the Senior Director of Carriers and Specialty Partners at Dialogue, you will lead a high-performing team to nurture and expand our largest strategic partnerships. You’ll ensure alignment across internal teams and partner stakeholders, delivering exceptional value and leveraging your SaaS experience to drive significant revenue growth.

Your role will involve collaborating with product and tech teams, influencing key stakeholders and c-Suite, and guiding your team to support Dialogue's objectives and achieve long-term success.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of the insurance and technology sectors. A proven track record in managing high-value partnerships and navigating complex partner landscapes is essential. This role also includes managing partnership professionals and overseeing certain business lines as needed.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Lead and mentor a team of partnership managers and specialists, setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partner key stakeholders, ensuring partner satisfaction and progress towards KPI’s 
  • Develop and implement strategies to establish and grow the partnership that align with company goals and drive product adoption
  • Ensure exceptional service to senior partners, enhance partnership growth, driving sales targets, and managing a $30 million ARR channel
  • Collaborate with internal teams (C-Suite, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Operations, Engineering) to align on, develop and execute new business and pricing models.
  • Develop strategies to grow partnerships, conduct market research, and tailor approaches to sector trends
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective SaaS integration, monitor partnership performance, and present insights to senior management
  • Negotiate and manage agreements, ensuring compliance and alignment with company goals
  • Represent the company at industry events and stay updated on market trends and technologies

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role, preferably in healthcare or SaaS, with 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role
  • Expertise in managing complex partnerships and international markets, with a strong understanding of healthcare systems and technology solutions
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, proficient in CRM and partnership management tools
  • Willingness to travel internationally (US) as needed
