Your roleAs the HRIS Manager, you will be the central owner and expert for our HR technology stack. You will drive the successful implementation and continuous improvement of our systems, ensuring they are streamlined and effectively support our operational and employee needs.
This position reports to our Sr. Manager of Compensation and Analytics and is based in our Vancouver Office.
What you’ll do
Own the HR tech stack including Workday, Greenhouse, and CrossChq.
Lead the implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment of HR systems.
Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related escalations and issue resolution.
Partner with stakeholders to streamline workflows, improve system efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.
Serve as the business analyst in the review and assessment of downstream impacts, planned execution, and maintenance of programs requiring HR support
Ensure HR Operations readiness for COE program delivery.
Develop and deliver self-serve resources and comprehensive training materials for HR tech stack enablement.
Partner with HR Operations to analyze current processes to identify automation opportunities and solutions, coordinating with relevant teams and stakeholders for implementation.
Lead Workday and Greenhouse roadmap planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives and HR strategy.
Skills you’ll bring
We are looking for an experienced HRIS professional. Experience will include 3 - 5 years of hands-on Workday experience, with expertise in implementation, configuration, and administration.
Experience with Workday Payroll is a plus.
Experience in leading Workday system upgrades, new module implementations, and process automation.
Project Management: Experience leading system implementations, upgrades, and cross-functional HR technology projects.
