The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is the operational and administrative expert supporting the recruiting team. As a steward of our brand, this member of our team is responsible for ensuring a well-organized recruiting experience for internal clients and candidates. Candidates will point to historical and differentiated success driving operational processes in a  high-volume, fast-moving and intense environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates with the internal recruiting team to post positions and set up roles in our Greenhouse
  • Is a vital part of the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication throughout the interview process
  • Schedules - and reschedules, as necessary - virtual and in-person interviews between active candidates and interviewers
  • Aligns with each specific office location as to any on-site interviews
  • Addresses questions from either candidates or hiring teams regarding scheduling, status, testing, or issues related to the role
  • Rejects candidates using provided templates as aligned with the point of the interview process
  • Supports Talent Acquisition Partners with sourcing, reviewing, interviewing, etc., as needed
  • Takes on additional duties/responsibilities from time to time, as needed

 

Qualifications and Characteristics:

  • 3-5  years of experience coordinating the recruitment process for a large-volume hiring team
  • Comfortable and capable in understanding of scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Strong communication skills; comfortable speaking effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Self-starter, comfortable asking questions, and with a sincere interest in understanding the environment
  • Highly organized; pays close attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and strong ability to multitask
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse
  • Proficient with Google Suite; able to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with professionals at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Willing to take ownership of a wide range of responsibilities

The range below may vary if based outside the New York tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut). Base salaries are determined during our interview process, during which we assess the candidate's experience, skills, and capabilities against internal peers and the scope and responsibilities of the position.

US Pay Transparency

$95,000 - $110,000 USD
