- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define clear role profiles and develop tailored recruiting strategies that attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong network and talent pool of qualified tech professionals to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct structured interviews that assess both technical skills and cultural fit, promoting fairness and consistency throughout the hiring process.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes using data-driven insights and feedback to enhance efficiency and candidate satisfaction.

- You hold a graduate-level degree in HR, Psychology, Economics, Humanities, or Social Sciences. No formal degree? That’s okay — we value your unique journey and passion!
- You bring at least 2 years of proven experience recruiting technical talent in fast-paced environments.
- You excel at sourcing candidates and managing talent pipelines with creativity and efficiency.
- You communicate fluently in both German and English, building rapport effortlessly.
- You are skilled at juggling multiple priorities while consistently meeting time-to-hire goals.
- You demonstrate empathy and a genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- You have an analytical mindset and use data insights to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- You are comfortable working with a variety of HR and recruitment tools — our stack includes Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Bamboo HR, and more.
- You’re passionate about your work but also know how to balance it with a fulfilling personal life.
