Overview
The Program Management Analyst helps make sure projects follow DoD rules for interoperability. They work with different teams and agencies to gather needed information, keep track of progress, and support testing activities. They also help organize meetings, manage documents, and keep everything on schedule to meet compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide Acquisition and Interoperability Compliance (IOP) support for IBA's DoD client. Assist in the support of all IOP processes.
- Serve as the Interoperability Compliance (IOP) liaison to the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC), Joint Staff, DoD CIO and DHA to ensure projects are compliant with the DoDI 8330.01.
- Work closely with internal/external parties to determine the needs, risks and actions necessary to support IOP compliance. Establish a compliance schedule and ensure all required documentation is created, completed and routed to the appropriate approving authorities and signatories for review and approval.
- Attend cross-organizational meetings as needed and document and communicate pertinent information and required actions.
- Assist the Test Manager in coordinating IOP test events and activities with external test agencies. Provide updates on test status.
- Maintain a tracking tool documenting the status of IOP Compliance and conduct analysis based on the current status.
- Maintain templates and process assets associated with IOP Compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelors and 4 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge and experience with DoD Acquisition and Interoperability Compliance processes, tools, and techniques required.
- Knowledge of the PMBOK® process inputs, tools, and techniques, and outputs preferred.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Excellent organizational and both oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well with a team, execute tasks and projects in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ability to write and present effective project materials, presentations, status reports, etc.
- Train staff on lessons learned in support of IOP Compliance.
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Basic Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 yearly salary
The salary range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. The final offer may vary based on skills, experience, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity. Additional compensation may include performance incentives and program-specific awards. We do not use salary history to determine compensation, in line with applicable law.
