As DoorDash continues to grow across international markets, we’re launching a new talent hub in Hyderabad to help power our next phase of growth. We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter for High Volume Hiring to support the hiring of exceptional Customer Support talent across our global teams.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves high-volume recruitment, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of building something new from the ground up. You’ll play a key role in shaping hiring delivery, creating great candidate experiences, and partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure we attract and hire the right people at the right pace.

You will own end-to-end recruitment for high-volume Customer Support roles, ensuring an efficient, high-quality hiring process from sourcing through to offer.

Lead hiring delivery Manage recruitment for high-volume Customer Support positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver against hiring plans and timelines.

Build strong candidate pipelines Source proactively, maintain active pipelines, and engage talent through creative and scalable outreach.

Deliver a great candidate experience Ensure every candidate receives a smooth, professional, and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process.

Partner with stakeholders Work closely with hiring managers, operations partners, and TA colleagues to align on hiring needs, process improvements, and best practices.

Use data to drive decisions Track funnel performance, highlight bottlenecks, and use recruitment data to improve speed, quality, and fill rate.

Support process improvement Contribute ideas and execution support to help build scalable, standardized hiring processes for our growing Hyderabad hub.

- You have previous recruitment experience, ideally in high-volume hiring.
- You are confident in managing fast-paced hiring processes end to end.
- You enjoy partnering with stakeholders and hiring managers in a consultative way.
- You care deeply about candidate experience and hiring quality.
- You are comfortable working in an international environment with colleagues across time zones.
- You are data-aware and comfortable sharing pipeline updates and recruitment insights.
- You communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.
- You are adaptable, proactive, and ready to make an immediate impact in a new launch environment.
Bonus points if you have
- Experience hiring for Customer Support, Operations, or other high-volume functions.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools such as Greenhouse or Fountain.
- Experience working across multiple markets or countries.
- Exposure to recruitment operations or process optimization.
