Chief of Staff to the CEO
About Dorsia
Dorsia is redefining the future of hospitality. As a membership-based platform offering access to the world’s most sought-after restaurants, Dorsia combines premium dining with data-driven technology to optimize revenue for venues and experiences for members. With revenue scaling from $3M to $30M in under a year and a recent Series A at a $146M valuation, Dorsia is now building the infrastructure for its next phase of hypergrowth.
About the Role
Dorsia is not a consensus-driven company. We operate in unapologetic startup mode: lean, fast, and founder-led. Decision-making is centralized, execution is disciplined, and confusion is unacceptable.
We are building a next-generation executive structure, and the Chief of Staff to the CEO is a cornerstone of that model. This is not a support role—it’s a high-leverage, high-autonomy position for a world-class operator who can act as an extension of the CEO. The Chief of Staff will translate strategic vision into tactical execution across departments, eliminate friction, and enforce operational clarity and momentum at every level of the company.
You’ll work across functions—Marketing, Product, Finance, Ops, Legal, People, Biz Dev, and more—and be expected to ruthlessly prioritize, drive alignment, and ensure outcomes. You'll own cross-functional projects, facilitate executive decision-making, push AI-first thinking throughout the org, and hold internal and external stakeholders accountable for speed, output, and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Operate as a true extension of the CEO: anticipate needs, translate vision into action, and drive execution across all areas of the business
- Own cross-functional priorities and planning, ensuring that strategy becomes output—on time, on budget, and with high impact
- Create structure, systems, and accountability across teams, eliminating waste and increasing leverage
- Partner with department leads to ensure operational, financial, and strategic clarity
- Drive AI enablement across workflows—internal tooling, automation, reporting, onboarding, decision-making
- Oversee high-priority initiatives, ensuring alignment between CEO intent and organizational execution
- Support CEO with investor relations, fundraising preparation, legal/vendor coordination, recruiting, and corporate development efforts
- Facilitate internal communication and keep the CEO deeply connected to progress, blockers, and key decisions
- Maintain a high bar for internal and external communication, work quality, and operational rigor
What We’re Looking For
- 6–12 years of experience in high-output, high-autonomy environments (e.g., startups, consulting, VC/PE, product/growth ops, strategic roles)
- Exceptional judgment, bias toward action, and a deep understanding of business operations
- Ability to zoom out to strategy and zoom in to execution—fast
- No ego, no politics, no spectators—just results
- Executive-level communication and ruthless prioritization skills
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and an obsession with operational leverage
- Deep respect for founder-led cultures and a clear understanding of how to complement that style
What You’ll Get
- Direct access to the CEO and a front-row seat to shaping one of the fastest-growing companies in hospitality
- Equity and upside that matches your impact
- A high-caliber team and a no-nonsense culture of speed, quality, and accountability
- The opportunity to help define not just a company, but an entirely new category
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary + Equity
- Flexible PTO
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k)
- Employee dining credits
- Complimentary lunch 3x/week
Our Core Values
Lead with hospitality. We respect the craft and precision that are intrinsic to the hospitality industry. We are a team diverse in background and thought, built to be the connective tissue between artists, chefs, diners, and members.
Mise en place. We are persistent in preparation, prioritization, and focus to anticipate our customers’ needs to create a powerful platform rooted in simplicity and elegance. And we know that details matter, which is why superior design is crucial to our brand ethos. Thoughtful design is baked into everything we do—our product, brand, creative, culture, and beyond.
Go around the table—then commit. We know creativity takes feedback and iteration, and differing opinions can lead to healthy debate. While we encourage all voices to speak up and be heard, we are geared toward action and unify around the decision once it's made. Sometimes an individual idea or project may not be what’s best for the company, so don’t be afraid to kill your darlings.
Our product is our signature dish. We are a product and marketing-led organization. Protecting our brand and vision needs to be top-of-mind with every move we make.
Optimize turn times. We are creating beautifully-designed, tech-forward solutions to automate all sides of our business: for members, restaurants, and employees. And we’re laying a data-rich foundation to enable all stakeholders to make better decisions and enjoy the finer things in life.
Savor it. We eat slowly and celebrate the wins we share with those around the table. We’re in this for the long-haul, so enjoy the ride.
Stay hungry. We can change the world or someone else will. We believe in a sense of urgency to keep pushing toward our goals. And there’s always room for dessert, because there’s always more to do.
