We’re a remote-first culture with operations in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC. We’re looking for mission-oriented teammates who embody our core values of authenticity, transparency, and trust. Are you ready to make a difference? Come join a mission that can save the world!

About the Role:

Dragos is seeking a principal-level Product Manager to lead the Cloud Platform product team, responsible for replacing the existing Customer Portal and building the unified customer experience at platform.dragos.com, backed by a centralized API layer that serves SaaS users, on-premises deployments, and machine integrations alike. This role owns the vision, roadmap, and execution to unify Dragos's distributed portals and capabilities, including WorldView threat intelligence, Neighborhood Keeper, managed services, AI, documentation, and artifact access, into a single seamless experience across cloud and hybrid on-premises deployments. You will partner closely with engineering leadership, product teams, internal stakeholders, and customers to shape and execute the platform roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision, strategy, and quarter-over-quarter roadmap for the Dragos Cloud Platform, replacing the existing Customer Portal with a unified experience that brings every customer-facing capability together under a single login.
  • Define the platform architecture strategy, including the central API layer, authentication and identity approach, and how the platform consistently serves both SaaS and hybrid on-premises customers.
  • Lead the integration of Dragos's key product surfaces, including threat intelligence, community defense, managed services, AI, and compliance reporting, into the unified platform experience.
  • Own artifact delivery, fleet management, and entitlement features, giving customers a single place to download platform updates and content, monitor their on-premises deployments, and manage their product subscriptions.
  • Drive a coherent customer experience across the SaaS portal and on-premises interfaces, and define proactive service flows that surface the right support and success touchpoints at the right moment.
  • Partner with feature teams across Dragos to align on integration boundaries, shared platform services, and a consistent API surface.
  • Engage directly with customers and customer-facing teams to discover and validate use cases, gather feedback, and iterate on product direction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, make prioritization and trade-off decisions, and communicate requirements to Engineering with clear business rationale.
  • Define and track product KPIs, including platform adoption, migration progress, and time-to-value for newly integrated capabilities.
  • Support Sales with competitive insights and customer guidance; shape go-to-market positioning that connects the unified platform to customers' operational continuity and security operations needs.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience building enterprise SaaS platforms, cloud products, or multi-product unified experiences, ideally in cybersecurity or adjacent technology domains.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platform and API architecture, including centralized API design serving multiple client types, authentication and identity at scale, and multi-tenant SaaS delivery.
  • Experience leading platform consolidation or portal replacement, including managing feature migration, driving customer adoption, and maintaining continuity across the transition.
  • Technical fluency with APIs, data models, and backend workflows, with the ability to partner closely with Engineering and make informed architecture trade-off decisions.
  • Proven track record of shipping successful products, including outcome-driven roadmap management, go-to-market strategy, and backlog prioritization.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to drive alignment across engineering, design, sales, and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a collaborative approach to team dynamics and willingness to travel (~10%) for customer meetings, conferences, or company events.
  • Experience with fleet or device management, entitlement and subscription visibility, or compliance reporting features in enterprise SaaS products (a plus).
  • Direct experience with OT/ICS cybersecurity, either on the customer side or having built or supported an OT security product (a plus).

Compensation:

  • Salary:  220,000.00
  • Competitive Equity Package
  • Comprehensive Benefits Plan

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
