Retail Media Performance Analyst

We’re looking for a talented Retail Media Performance Analyst who will turn complex data into clear insights that help Tesco Media grow revenue and improve performance. You will analyse how our in‑store and online media products are performing, spot opportunities to optimise yield, and work closely with sales, product and commercial teams to make smarter, faster decisions. Essentially, this role helps ensure we use our inventory in the most effective and scalable way. The role is responsible for simplifying and synthesising complex data from multiple sources to generate clear, actionable insights across Tesco’s in‑store and onsite media products. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, the role will support accurate business reporting, in‑flight performance understanding, and optimisation opportunities across our retail media portfolio. 

What we expect from you 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any subject
  • 3-5 years of work experience
  • Experience working for a media owner or retailer, across instore or onsite channels. Specifically, Campaign Management experience for a media owner or retailer, across digital channels. 
  • Quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills, comfortable with complex trackers for sales reporting & analysis, forecasting and modelling. 
  • Working knowledge of visualizing large data sets and proficiency in statistics.  
  • Experience in analysis of large data sets for developing actionable recommendations to build ROAS.
