About the Role

As a Customer Engagement Senior Client Lead, you will help strengthen strategic client relationships and ensure customer data, insight and engagement solutions translate into measurable business outcomes. Working with cross-functional teams, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, connecting commercial objectives with dunnhumby’s customer science capabilities.
This is a senior client-facing role focused on growing partnerships, identifying opportunities for value creation, and helping clients embed customer-led decision making across their organisations.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in shaping client success while driving adoption of customer engagement solutions.
  • Leading strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Identifying commercial opportunities that support client growth and long-term partnership value.
  • Translating customer insights into actionable recommendations and engagement strategies.
  • Coordinating with analytics, consulting, product and delivery teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Championing customer-centric thinking and demonstrating the commercial impact of dunnhumby solutions.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, influences through insight, and thrives in a client-focused environment.
  • Experience developing and growing senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Commercial acumen combined with an ability to connect data and insight to business outcomes.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills that simplify complex concepts.
  • Collaborative leadership across multiple teams and disciplines.
  • Experience about customer behaviour, loyalty, engagement and retail performance.
